We had a great time of fellowship and feilo-ship* tonight at Owen Seafood Restaurant located at Turf City. This was a review written of the food at the restaurant, so you can imagine how much we ate and were satisfied. Umm, ok lah, there were no twelve basketsful leftover...
Present at the dinner were fellow Best Christian Blog of the Week awardees Joshua, Stanley and Geri, as well as "lurkers" such as Jeffrey and Kevin. Also present were friends and family of Joshua and Jeffrey, the co-hosts.
Angie could not join us because she had a prior dinner engagement with her uncle Tom. So too Blogpastor, and Joo, who sent their apologies.
Nonetheless, we occupied a total of 4 tables. Here is a photo taken after we had eaten our fill.
Praise God, my kids did not want to come along initially, but somehow God caused them to change their minds at the very last moment! That's them (in purple and blue), standing in front of yours truly (in blue) and his darling wife (in white) on the left of the picture.
Here's to the next feilo-ship!
* P.S. Feilo is the Cantonese term for "fat person". Fellowship over a meal is thus endearly termed feilo-ship

For those who don't know,Bessy & Jerry was in Israel for a year and now worships at New Creation.
Bessy has her own blog todaybread.blogspot.com and both of them were at Owen's Restaurant at Turf City.Check out thier seafood especially the fried eel.Good recommendation by Joshua Lye.
