I recently blogged about an email that my co-leader sent me entitled God and barbers exist.
A colleague of mine read the blog and we exchanged emails about Creation vs Evolution.
A person who believes in the big bang theory is essentially believing that order can be formed out of chaos.
Have gotten his permission to reproduce what he sent me, viz:

Read about your barber's entry and found it to be interesting. I have a 'story' which I heard from a pastor in effort to debunks the evolution theory which I find it intriquing too...
He said that the order and natural laws that governed the Earth and the universe are proofs that God exists. Like if you jump, you will fall. You touch fire, you will get burned.Whereas Darwin's evolution theory is based on random selection and insisted that everything happens by chance, the bible said that everything existed for a purpose. Trees use cardon dioxide to produce food and oxygen, men use oxygen to survive and produce carbon dioxide back to the trees. That's an example of natural law.The food chain where bigger creatures are natural predators of smaller creatures are almost an example of natural law and eco-order. These two laws keep the world in check and balance. All these are orders that are present in this world. A sophisticated design.
He went on with a simple illustration:
A man walking down the street finding eight twenty cents coins scattered all over the pathment will say that someone had accidentally drop his or her coins on the floor. But if the same man walks down the streets and finds eight twenty cents coins being stacked up properly in two piles of four twenty cents each will say that someone left it on purpose for a reason. That explains that someone had designed the system and left it here for a reason. =)
