Back in December 2007, I had blogged about Facebook being the latest happening application to hit the Internet, and how I joined the Joseph Prince Ministries group (which at last count has 1,489 members).Well, since then, my wife has also gotten herself a Facebook account, and there is even a means of specifying our relationship with each other :-)
Our daughter has so far refused to get a Facebook account for herself because she feels that it is meant for "older people" above "a certain age". Let's see whether she will change her mind when her close friends start getting accounts for themselves...
While searching for friends, we also discovered that our church has its own PLMC group, so we have joined that too, as its 190th and 191st member.And guess what? We also realised that our TRAC President, his wife, their kids, our pastor-in-charge's wife, our ex-pastor and our new pastor all have Facebook accounts as well!
So if you are also from PLMC and above a "certain" age, what are you waiting for? Get on the bandwagon and sign up for an account for yourself!
