Just got back from a birthday party -- we celebrated my mom's 70th.
It was a nice cosy setting -- 11 tables consisting of our family, my mom's siblings and their kids and grandkids, my dad's cell and close friends from our church.
All those who came, fedback that they had a wonderful time, and I really thank the LORD because all glory should go to Him. The food, ambience, etc was just perfect, and I actually enjoyed organising it :-)
That is what the abundant life is all about. Enjoying what we do, yet at the same time doing it with the spirit of excellence, knowing that the LORD God is the one who equips us with the means to do so.
